Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms for top-ups and the validity period of your balance on Nexotao.
1. Top-ups are final
Balance purchases (top-ups) are final. In general, your balance is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash, because the balance is intended for use of the service.
2. Exceptions
We may review a refund in certain cases, including:
- A double charge for one and the same order.
- A system failure on our side that prevented the balance from being credited even though the payment succeeded.
3. How to file a claim

4. Balance validity
Your balance does not expire unless stated otherwise in writing. It remains usable until it is depleted.
