Terms of Service

Nexotao is a reseller service providing access to third-party artificial intelligence (AI) models. We offer a single interface (web chat and API) for using a range of models from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and DeepSeek. We are not the creators of these models; their availability and quality depend on the upstream providers.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account and API keys confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or API keys. The service is intended for users who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

• Use of the service runs on a prepaid balance denominated in Indonesian Rupiah.
• Top-ups are made via QRIS, processed by our payment provider (Pakasir).
• Your balance may only be used to access the service and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another party.
• Usage is deducted from your balance based on the number of tokens and the per-model rate in effect at the time each request is sent.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
• Commit abuse, fraud, or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the system (e.g. attacks, excessive scraping).
• Resell or redistribute access without our written permission.
• Violate the terms of use of the upstream model providers.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Because we rely on upstream providers and third-party infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may carry out maintenance or make changes at any time.

We may change our plans, per-token rates, or pricing terms at any time. Such changes do not apply retroactively to balance already consumed. The applicable rate is the rate in effect at the time a request is processed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including inaccurate model outputs. Model output may contain errors; use it with your own judgment.

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these terms or shows signs of misusing the service. You may also stop using the service at any time.
