Does my balance expire?
No. Your balance doesn't expire unless stated otherwise, and you can keep using it until it runs out.
How do I pay?
Top up through our supported payment flow. There's no subscription — you pay only for the credit you add, and it's drawn down as you use tokens.
Can I use it with Claude Code?

Are refunds available?
